Just a guess, but whenever a company announces an acquisition, the first assumption is at what cost (company cash) or stock (how many shares issued). Either way is important to figuring out what the cost to shareholders will be. Cash is cash and stock is dilutive. In this case, I don't recall from the PR any details on that. So, left to the perceptions of investors, there is some selling going on. It may be short-lived or create a new trading range.

If the move proves to generate a good return, it will eventually help the stock, but in either case, it's probably not a good idea to sell at this point. You could regret it a week or a month from now. Just MO.
