"..a much higher chance..." ? Than what ? Lightning striking a cheetah 6 times in a row ? Than the earth reversing orbit ? In my opinion there's NO chance WSGI will ever sell any type of blimp including the not-so-novel blimp in a box. Associating every GOV. contract that mentions blimps (which you've done now for quite some time) has been an effort in futility.
