What good will that do? A reverse split is a zero sum game. pps goes up by a factor of X ... at the same time, the number of shares one holds is reduced by that same factor of X. But then the real fun starts because the insiders award themselves countless post reverse split shares that they then dump into the market, thereby driving the pps back down again.

So, please tell me again why a reverse split is good.
