Yeah, well the fact that RFMK didnt file for the OS Gov Trademark could very well make it a very expensive mess for RFMK, and the way Allinder has been burning the capital, I doubt the comapny can afford to support a drawn out lawsuit, there are nuances involved with common law IP which make the defense of the IP much more difficult and expensive, and then there are the other perils which Im not naming, I want to sit back and watch how it all plays out
