LOL, Well ya just never know RFMK could come out on top, but it might come at an extreme cost, and Im not just talking monitarily, my sis has handled lots of IP asset cases over her years and she tells me that the Common law claims typically end up with declaratory relief ruling, meaning Zilch money, tell the respondant to stop and send him home, meanwhile, the plaintifs lawyer still gets paid by the petitioner, lets face facts, RFMK management was extremely stupid to not have registered the name a long time ago.

Yes, lets fact the facts, FACT is, RFMK did not NEED to register the name, that is a FACT! should they have? sure, why not.. but that does not change the fact that they have now been using that name in commerce for nearly 9 months.. thc scientific just applied on August 15 2012..
