what benefit would you see in this to current shareholders, or future ones.
All blue chip and low risk stocks I followed or knew about, or owned, were the ones who diversified yet were under one public entity. which created value and stability in the stock and company financials.

I owned a stock in a company, it was a penny stock and very risky, it spun off several companies from its core. they eventually were all worth less than 1c PPS. this core shell is still there, and from what I learned, many of the worthless stocks in the penny world were the ones who did spinoffs, what would be different here? TIA
