You also won't find any low level PEMF devices making that arguement, either. You're right on the money, kid...proving heat is generated is not the issue, and the PEMF generated is so low that it really a non-issue - but FDA needs to agree that the heat that is generated is therapeutically beneficial; i.e. the patient can't feel the heat, but the heat is nonetheless there and providing benefit.
