Well, this could be a scam...they almost always are.
That being said, a scam is only worthwhile if the scammer is actually scamming something.

The last time I checked, the new owner has not made any money off of BCND...surely nothing worth talking about.

So, I think that something is coming, whether real or not, I don't know. No one on the ownership side has made money off of BCND for a while, and this is the type of company that they should be able, with the assets and low share structure, to make worth a nice value.

There is no reason that this stock does not trade in the low pennies as a scam, and much higher if a real company.
