I agree that they are not retail focused anymore, but why have potential new customers go the website when all they can see is the partial line? Either put it all there, portions of each line there, or don't direct them there at all. Have an email address on the ad or a phone number instead.

It's confusing to the customer and if I was a potential LARGE customer looking at that website would be a JOKE.
