We will see a spike if it doesn't pass and hopefully continue the trend, that's the only chance us shareholders have to turn this thing around, I urge every shareholder to vote no, whomever is calling for a yes vote has no interest in seeing cbai stock going up, because they make money when it goes down, by shorting it.
