Very nice post! This is what I believe will happen once news comes out! They don't want to just put out an average press release, but instead an Earth shattering PR. They will release the PR when they got both the funding and permits in hand. Then followed by a series of PR's. Shorts will get crushed here, and these prices will forever be gone. I have been saying all along that this will be multi-pennies before we ever get to operations. After they start operations .10 to .20 cents easy. If they actually bring something up then we can all retire.
