I am not trying to put lipstick on this pig but were we not expecting to see a substantial increase in the float since the AS was raised to 6 billion? If so why all the panic?

And why would the stock not rise to a higher level if Shiva follows through with a BOD and an actual contract from Marriot?

These are big Ifs but I would like to know your opinion of where the share price may go under teh best scenario as Hope is all we have now.
