It doesn't matter, in relative terms. It's done.

Call it what you want, I see it as a dump but that is just my opinion, whether SP, note holders, or shareholder. Selling into bid is dumping, this just happened to be a larger block. The only way selling at .0001 is anything other than dumping is if you have shares bought or acquired below the selling price, us retail shareholders have not had that opportunity. So who has?
