The sky fell years ago in san diego. An increasing number of EDIG shareholders become aware of this as time passes.

And the fact that the website was down is meaningless since EDIG has no "word" to get out to anyone anyway.

By the way, I've gotten plenty of notices from companies like (and including) bank of america when they have website issues. It's a sign of respect for their customers.
