Show me, not meaning this to you specifically, where on the website a customer or prospective customer would contact the company about eVU matters such as repairs, content upgrades or even to buy a few, or inquire about licensing IP? Don't tell me the "Contact Us" tab...
EDIG is not selling products/services/IP licenses from their website. It's an information source only.
RFQ's and any other forms of wanting to "make a deal" with EDIG would be done via email, phone, mail or all 3.
Interested parties such as purchasing agents, executives etc would make direct contact with the company, most likely Fred himself. For eVU matters Beth is the contact point.
The website being down a few hours has zero effect is what I am saying.
