LOL, I just called 608-221-1192 and talked to Sue Maynard, we get the cash and we keep the shares, new company wants everything to be kept quiet until after the merger.
I went over with her that I had tried to research Hemoxymed and was finding it difficult because it is a private company, she stated they are a good company with good management and they wanted a shell that they could take to the Nasdaq.
New company will be putting out PR's after the merger and those PR's and any information they give us will determine the price.
