The new co. receives 94% of the stock, and we recieve 6%. If the current O/S is 1.16M and the new co. will have 20M, then that represents 5.8% of the O/S that is in the current O/S. I guess from what it looks like, they will dilute the additional shares to get to 20M, and we retain the shares we have. The fact that the math comes out, probably means this is correct.
Therefore, we are both correct. We retain the existing # of shares, but dilution occurs (outside the float) to provide the new co. with their shares. Seems fair to me!
