It would appear that it (the distributorship)was Anna's Company to lose -- which she did. Somehow or another, the dist. was wrested away from her and was re-named Yolo in 2010. The circumstances surrounding the take-over are vague. Anna, who once had the Koreans' ear, appears to be low on their list of advisors. There is, as I understand it, several lawsuits in the works that should decide who the players will finally be and who owns what insofar as the dist. is concerned. Unfortunate.
