No Press release yet on ACYD, but checked EESI for any news and came accross the advisory board that is making the merger and acquisition happen


Southbridge Advisory Group, Inc. facilitated the acquisition transaction and will assist ACYD in pursuing acquisition funding from private equity firms that has expressed interest in the transaction

It seems that much interest has developed in the investment community of ACYD. Can you keep us
abreast of the new Acquisition funding and merger developments between American Community Development Group inc (ACYD) and Earthlink Environmental Solutions Inc.

The development of any projects are with the indivuals and I as an investor would like to see the growth and strength of ACYD to continue growing towards ACYD mission in the near and distant future!
