Lol...SWORN testimony under PENALTY OF PERJURY can be considered as evidence...and often times a jury will disregard even THAT testimony if they don't believe it....you can ask any attorney that as well...

For the record, I don't disbelieve the existence of ms...I do however have my doubts that it is all that everyone thinks it is...that it is something that a manufacturer will want to pay large sums of money to buy, assuming it can be produced consistently in mass quantities or that consumers will be willing to pay large sums of money to have incorporated into their underwear...
