I'd immediately hire an experienced COO charged to manage the day to day w/ the intent to downsize, eliminate any non-core unprofitable business segments and reduce R&D and Sales staffs sufficient to obtain profitability starting day 1 of Q4. Eliminate all nepotism. Actively solicit and vet potential replacements for the BoD.Immediately begin to rebuild the balance sheet (or receive new actual P.O.s) prior to any rehiring or bonuses. By 12/31/12 Wave would be a successful growing stable profitable enterprise w/ happy shareholders and a significantly enhanced share price.
