SWKJ news best part IMHO:

"Mr. Nurse notes on other developments, "We have Memorandums of
Understanding for a number of projects from various organizations. The projects contemplated range in size from $5,000,000 and up. These projects include the previously mentioned affordable housing project as well as some development projects, about which we will release details of after our
meeting on the 30th of September, 2005 and after we sign contracts."


So expect more news Monday re: the bigger deals.
