It is best to accumulate as many shares in the zone just before the breakout.. I know people want to see upticks but the real sustaining moves require a full flush. This is happening right before your eyes. This 30 plus day churn is exactly what u want to see. Hopefully another 25 to 50mil can be flushed under 18. People who buy these shares take resistance away from stock as they look for higher returns.
