if this is the case Jorge, WHY has MSX not stated that BARRICK GOLD CORP has been served with criminal charges in Chile, or were you referring to the Chilean Subsiduary in your last post, please specify, I am sure this story would ENGAGE many more people if MSX could release something to the AFFECT of Barrick Brass in Toronto invited to Chile to face Criminal Charges of Fraud over Pascua Ownership
