LoL! Fear not, I didn't say that. If you read carefully, I said that the Edward Bronson/E-Lionheart Associates/Fairhills Capital incident decimated SGCP's legitimate capacity to raise capital via the share structure.

I went on to say, "SGCP hasn't been able to effectively raise capital for quite a long time, and for a variety of different reasons...."

I count the external influences among the "variety of different reasons" category.

In fairness, there was no way you or anybody else could tell the difference between what Edward Bronson/E-Lionheart Associates/Fairhills Capital was doing. It was against the law. Nobody would expect something like that.

It just made it that much harder for SGCP to raise capital against that headwind PLUS the external influences. To answer your question, I'm not admitting I was wrong, since they both impacted share price and each one one exacerbated the effects of the other. GLs
