In the immortal words of Dana Carvey's character from Saturday Night Live-The Church Lady, "How Convenient!"
JB does not have to explain &/or justify to anyone of us.
He can CONTINUE to remain in this confort zone that he has established going on for what, 2-3 years now?
It appears he is no hurry to get resolved whatever the issue with the DTC, UNLESS ITS ABOUT MONEY!
Whatever, there is no urgency on the part of JB (IMO) all the steps necessary to keep us in this same pattern/mode where he does not have to establish himself publicly to explain his day to day actions & activities TO US SHAREHOLDERS!
Shareholders have nowhere to go to complain to him, or anyone else (IF THERE IS A BOD)it appears NOT (IMO), & we have no way to parachute out of this situation, ESPECIALLY, WITH A NO BID!
We do not even know if we can go anywhere to voice our opinions to ANY HIGHER AUTHORITY THAT WOULD BE ABLE, OR HAVE THE TIME/EXPENSE to investigate him(not that it would make a difference for him to worry much for him to care to pay attention & acknowledge for us shareholders, anyway!)
Is this some kind of sick joke for testing our allegiance to him & Cross Atlantic?
It does NOT appear that he has a concience @ the very least to have the heart to be somewhat transparent to communicate somewhat WITH SOME regularity (once a quarter of the year?)
Is that asking TOO much @ all?
So much for him stating a personal listing among his personal assets that JB CANNOT declare that he conciders himself to be a great communicator(among other things which if one is to take a poll on this board, & all current dead bagholders of this stock)
Thank you!
Sorry for the long message.
