thanks for you expert opinion! I just wonder though... IF lets say a partnership is announced in the future and under those terms with their partner PPHM:

1) Receives large up front payment .. say 400 Million - 1 Billion

2) Under that agreement... new partner(s)are given 100 Million in stock out of the 150 Million shelf ( assume 100 Million / 5 pps = 20,000,000 ( 20 Million shares to the partner(s) .... could be more or less... just say 10 Million - 30 Million shares the partner could end up with

3) Now the secured loan is paid off ( if PPHM needed to take one out before partnering deal

4) .... this would allow them to be able to pay a dividend at this point in time ( Partner makes out and this sets a "very" stable future of where the company is heading to gain the interest of many more shareholders that can count on a dividend

... maybe I am being naive, but I do see the dots being connected more and more and IF we are heading towards a direction where Bavi treats a broan spectrum of cancers, there will be plenty to reward the shareholders
