There is no volume because none of us longs are willing to sell any significant amount of shares at the bid which right now is $0.0022. That means that since the longs are holding, if someone decides to take a serious position in Inca, the price can quickly escalate. That can happen with significant news, even in this crappy market. I am hoping to pick up a few more shares before the news hits. I expect the financials will come once they look good enough to push the S.P. in the right direction.
