FYI, the current "banner" which is this file:

It's currently commented out in their page source like this:

<div style="display: block; clear: both; margin: auto 0;">

</div>

... but the fact that the image is still GWBU, and not even changed to a dummy image, can be quite telling. Just another warning sign for others.
