This will make many companies research patents on key technologies they sell. This is going to be a killer for Samsung.

Anyone using OOB, and there are A BUNCH, better be ringing SFOR for a licensing agreement or face potential huge penalties down the line. The longer they illegaly use the technology the more they are going to owe. You can think of it as a savings account for Strikeforce because at some time these companies are going to have to pay the piper.
