Hey Renee, can you post links where it says that the Court declared what you are saying......as a matter of fact the DOJ is still investigating while seeking a protective order so that nothing is revealed till the investigation is complete.....I guess they are waiting to net the big Kahunas, possibly bigger than Emerald Asset Advisors......

Spongetech was a fraudulent enterprise that used the sponges as a contrivance to perpetrate the criminal frauds and the Securities violations.

Because Spongetech was a fraudulent enterprise in every context there is absolutely no way under the Laws of Land or the Securities Laws or under all the wishful thinking for a miracle that Spongetech the company would ever be allowed to continue.
