Gasinvest: Spongetech was a fraudulent enterprise that used the sponges as a contrivance to perpetrate the criminal frauds and the Securities violations.

Because Spongetech was a fraudulent enterprise in every context there is absolutely no way under the Laws of Land or the Securities Laws or under all the wishful thinking for a miracle that Spongetech the company would ever be allowed to continue.

Logically the stock cannot and will not be allowed to keep its registration because the company was a fraudulent enterprise.

The concept of Spongetech's unique sponges could have been a legitimate and honest enterprise had the principals not concocted and perpetrated their elaborate frauds. Rather than shareholders trying to figure out all the futile and wrong reasons why Spongetech could or should be allowed to continue those same shareholders could buy the patents for the sponges and other necessary paraphernalia and then start up an entirely new business that is founded on good business practices. An opportunity to do it right is far more productive than trying to resurrect a company and stock that was a fraudulent enterprise and for all intents and purposes is 100% defunct.
