The Company hereby confirms the receipt of proceeds in the amount of $392,660.55 ($423,050 - $30,390 finder’s fees) in connection with the Private Placement as disclosed in Form 9 filed with the Canadian National Stock Exchange on May 8, 2012.

No wonder Madoff's "feeders" were easy to find !!
