In the previous post the FACTUAL NUMBERS from the 1st quarter ASYI 10Q shows 97,512,987 shares issued aka DUMPED to cover $72,378. That works out to $0.0007(rounded for ticker reference). SO, that covered 1 quarters expenses? Since Q1 we are through almost another 5 months. At the end of this quarter that would be another $144,756 need to cover IF that same amount reoccurs exactly. The majority of RECENTLY DUMPED SHARES were at $0.0001 IMO. That my fellow shareholders is 1,447,560,000 shares just to cover debtors. Tack that on to the previous KNOWN outstanding shares and you have about 2 BILLION SHARES in the market AT THE LEAST!
Now that the buyers have seemed to run out of cash, volume dead except when shorts cover a little bi-Monthly(see the other posters FINRA rules for that FACT) and PPS at the lowest it can go .... what next? Another bogus Letter of Intent and/or reverse split will be the only way to drag this garbage company down the calendar for another few months.
