FANTASY BUSTED. WHY 4.25 BILLION shares?

ASYI already had/has at least 51% to maintain ownership PRIOR TO THE MASSIVE 4.25 BILLION INCREASE that came on the heals of another 450 MILLION INCREASE from 300 MILLION TO 750 MILLION. O/S at the time was almost 554 MILLION of the 750 MILLION. The company ALREADY HAD the 80% required for the needed share swap in the event a merger would have gone through. SO WHY INCREASE AT ALL MUCH LESS 4.25 BILLION SHARES?

Here's why! FACT from their last 10Q. "During the quarter ended March 31, 2012, the Company issued 97,512,987 common shares for debt conversions totaling $72,378.00" Now look at their expenditures for that quarter and what they would be quarter after quarter. Then figure out how many shares would have to be issued to pay debtors AFTER THAT 10Q CRASHED THE SHARE PRICE to much lower levels than the 1st quarter. DILUTION IS THEIR SOLUTION. They dumped BILLIONS of shares as fast as they could to bank some cash while people hoped the KoolTel deal was something real.

LOL And people wonder why the last 10Q is delinquent. Golly jeepers. What could they be hiding?
