Give me one good reason why would anybody invest milions of dollars into this company to clear the debt and get this big NOTHING instead.

Keep your money. They have no future. He runs private company and that makes money. Why do you think he should give any money in your favour? He proved 1000x he has not even a smallest interest to make this company profitable and to share this profit.
Time to forget this company but remeber the lesson.
