If that's the case why didn't they just buy out Asher's debt. They obviously have the cash to buy out that $40K something dollar debt that GYST ows Asher. So rather than allow Asher to convert and dilute they can keep the float locked up and small by simply buying that debt and retiring it or simply buying and converting and then locking it up for several months.
