"He didn't even have the courage\decenty to talk about Toole leaving!"

What's there to talk about? Courage? Decency? I think he simply shows respect by making tough changes. Toole is a pro. He'll land on his feet. Why talk about him?

"Why didn't he talk about lack of cash, dilution, quarterly losses, toxic finances and lack of sales. Those are the problems."

Because they're self evident in the latest Q and the latest S-1. Some rudimentary DD will show an investor what they need to know about the current state of affairs.

He did say he would hold interactive CCs in the future. Did you miss that?

"Like I said, he's a fraud. The terrible last q was 2/3 over when John died. The q was going to be bad anyway, no momentum was lost because of John's death, there wasn't any to begin with"

A fraud? Really? And yet you continue to bash a guy who apparently has made wholesale changes to a company that was not producing sales. IWEB is simply damned if they do and damned if they don't I guess. Changes were obviously needed. Lets see if his changes fix the sales pipeline.

Your speculating on the Q. No one will ever know. It was a terrible Q without Sig in the picture. You have no clue what it would have been if he was still in the mix. But, facts are facts. The Q was terrible. The S-1 clearly shows additional dilution with a max 296M shares o/s if everything was out.

What do you think the new significant products are?

Good luck
