It might make sense if you have no money such as the 7K in HBRM's bank account for the financial report back in Feb (I believe). How are you supposed to roll out these new ventures such as viagra vodka and energy drinks when you have no money to get started? Only one solution here - dilution. Again though, how do you do one thing while telling your investors in PR the total opposite? Certainly requires clarification, hopefully soon.
