Funny though since it appears we are drifting back down to the .003's or even the .002's again, when we were at those levels previously, volume dropped off to very minimal so apparently no one was really adding to their position despite the low PPS. Perhaps they felt it was to much of a gamble at this level. Everyone sits on the sidelines and then when the pump starts on some news, they jump in and jump out a short time later when the pump has reached its pinnacle.
