Kamasutra vodka, the concept and bottle design has been around since at least 2010 that I find.It is obviously being sold in more places then that for it to have been around a few years. The HBRM ingredient concept is new but the Kamasutra vodka and bottle design is not. I am sure they have established vendors around the country already. You can't just roll out a million cases at once across the country. I think they are trying a sampling to gauge consumer sentiment and if it looks good as far as sales at a few stores then expand it on a much larger national retail level.
