50M is only the unaccounted for missing shares which were sold at a premium to person(s) unknown for reason(s) unknown. The dilution far exceeds that number. While dilution to some degree is ok when you have no liquid capital available and you are trying to get revenue generating products going out the door, doing it behind your investors backs after telling them about a 100M share buy back is certainly not good business and requires clear and complete explanation from HBRM. This is something that needs to be clarified in order to help with investor confidence. Until then, all you have is a flip stock on PR driven hype that is unable to hold any sustained rise in its PPS.
