Abundant complaints here. I don't fully understand it. Lights still on, strong partners (anyone unhappy with Barnie?) progress (albeit not at the pace desired,) damn good buzz out there, PPS holding, hires that seem to track product development and, oh yes... Apple.

Tom Steipp = Gerald Ford. Job 1: Healing. Might've played a few football games with his helmet off but, all in all, the right guy at the right time.
