I believe it was around 127M according to some other posters good DD and of that 50M is unaccounted for in financial disclosures. The Dr told me that these 50M shares were sold at a "premium" (her words) which means someone or a group got them at a very discounted price below the common share price. Now why they received the discount or for what services they provided remains a mystery here. The SS has increased over 100% since last year. That is plain and simple on going dilution and the Dr told me the reason for it as well over the phone.
