KCG - The chart is very telling. All one has to do is look at the trend lines for the daily closing price. Anyone who knows how to read a chart can easily see that the slope is negative.

The daily lows are not of importance, given the chosen time frame to compare. There is one daily low, being used/referenced, that is skewing the data.

All one has to do is go back further, and draw the trend line for the daily lows, and the trend is clearly negative/down.
