Some would call it P/E compression. Why is it happening? I don't have an answer to that question. Is it manipulation? Is it fear that POG will suddenly fall and profits disappear? Who knows? But it is enough to have kept me out of the gold sector for the most part for most of the year. I only have about a 3-5% exposure to gold stocks now. The markets are now improving for your help gold stocks so I am rethinking that percentage.
