IMO... VFIN wants to be the lowest on the ASK... So whomever is sitting at .0023 & .0024 and .0026 if you move your ASK price higher VFIN will move his up higher as well... From what I can see VFIN doesn't want to be under cut by anyone so if folks would just move their ask up I'm sure VFIN will move up with the group and we could get VFIN to move up into the .003 range with the group... And on that not and food for thought... GL and Happy Trading!!!
