Perhaps I can get some help to verify their assets that they promoted and listed on their website prior to 08-20-2012. This was sent today. It is my 3rd request.

I see that you removed the following from http://www.earthsearch.us/about-logiboxx/about-us

Intellectual properties
Issued Patent
Several Patents pending
More than 15 trade and service marks

But your reply to my request as a shareholder was only, that you would update your website.

Again, I am only able to find one application for a patent. US20090069954 was this patent ever excepted as a U.S. patent after you applied for it to be a patent?

Is this the patent that you said you removed in your July 31st,2012 conference call?

What are the Several other Patents that you indicated as Intellectual Property on your website prior to taking this data off on 08-20-2012 after I requested this information (2) other times? IE; How many Patents Pending?

Please list all of these Pending Patents individually.

What exactly are the 15 trade and service marks?
