What are you calling false?
Prior to 08-20-2012 Earthsearch.US had the following data on their website that they promoted/advertised but will not confirm to me.
In fact, the 1st e-mail that I asked them to verify this data, I was told how great their product is and how hard it would be to locate such a product.
Intellectual properties
Issued Patent
Several Patents pending
More than 15 trade and service marks
Now, I understand that in their CC, they announced that they withdrew a patent. I am unable to verify this because all I can find is their Patent application. I take it that this MAy be the Issued patent.
The Several Patents issued: I am unable to verify any other applied for patents at all.

When I asked them to verify the above, they e-mailed me saying the will update their web site and they removed the above.
So, its against the law to promote assets that you do not have. Its that simple. Now what exactly is false about what I am telling you DumpsterDiver? Or do you mean that ECDC falsified what assets they own on their web page?
