Yes I can rotate the documents but I shouldn't have to.

Are you really defending their publishing documents sideways? Does that give you the impression of professionalism? It looks Mickey Mouse to me. And expecting me to invest in OCR software so I can get a poor text copy and then paste that into Google Translate to get a totally incomprehensible translation is absurd.

How can you possibly say sideways documents are acceptable? Ridiculous and completely amateurish is what I say.
